Information you give us
This may include your name, phone number, email, property address or postcode, requested services, property details, access arrangements and messages. We use these details to prepare quotes, arrange visits, carry out cleaning, answer enquiries and manage invoices and payments.
Providing information is your choice. We need enough contact and property information to respond and arrange a service. The form marks optional questions; you can also contact us directly by phone or email.
How the quote form works
The form prepares a message in your browser. It does not submit your details to a website form database or save them in browser storage. Choosing WhatsApp opens that service with your details in the message link, so WhatsApp receives the prepared content before you press Send in its app. Choosing email opens your email app with a draft. We receive your enquiry when you send it to us. Your chosen service handles the draft and message under its own privacy arrangements. Please do not include passwords, payment card details or unnecessary sensitive information.
Why we use your information
We use information needed to provide a quote at your request and fulfil a cleaning agreement. We keep financial records to meet legal obligations. Our legitimate business interests include responding to general enquiries and maintaining service records. We only send marketing with your consent; you can withdraw it at any time by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before you withdrew consent.
How long we keep information
We keep information for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry, provide services, resolve issues and meet record-keeping obligations. Our financial-record retention policy is six years. Enquiry and service information is kept according to whether a booking is ongoing, follow-up is needed, or a complaint, payment issue or legal obligation remains unresolved. We do not need to keep every enquiry for the same period as financial records.
Who may receive your information
We do not sell or rent your information. Service providers supporting our communications, scheduling, invoicing, payments and website may process information needed for those services. Information may also be shared where required by law.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy of your information. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests and to direct marketing. Contact us using the details above to make a request or raise a concern. We may need to verify your identity before sharing information. These rights depend on the circumstances; for example, we may need to retain records required by law. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
Website services and cookies
We have not added advertising trackers or analytics to this website. The website loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, so your browser makes requests to Google that include technical connection information such as your IP address. Hosting and access services may also process technical information to deliver and protect the website. This notice does not mean that those external services are cookie-free. External services you choose to open, such as WhatsApp or Google reviews, have their own privacy and cookie policies. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.
Decisions about your enquiry
The quote form does not automatically set a price, approve a booking or make a decision about you. Your enquiry is sent for a personal response.
